Real Results Training was delighted to sponsor
the Best Training Programme Award at the CallNorthWest 2nd Annual
Call and Contact Centre Awards in October this year. Held at the
Winter Gardens in Blackpool it was a Moulin Rouge themed evening
with cabaret dancers, blackjack tables and roulette wheels. The
350 guests got into the spirit with feather boas or top hats.
The nominees for the Best Training Programme 2007 award included
Friends Provident, Qualifi & AI Claims Solutions. The aim
of the awards is to highlight and reward ‘Excellence’
in North West Call and Contact Centres. The Awards are open to
call and contact centres that operate any in-bound or out-bound
customer management operation, employing more than 5 people.
On the night Carolyn Blunt of Real Results Training announced
the winner and presented the award to AI Claims Solutions for
their forward thinking training programme proven to develop talent
from within for future roles.
